Hail to you, Atum. Hail to you, Khepri the self-evolving.

You rose up high, in this your name of "the High Hill." You came into being in this your name of Khepri.

O Atum, lift up your face. May you be the protection of this King — for you have placed your arms about him in the embrace of a ka, that his ka may be in him for ever.

O Atum, place your protection over this King — over this his pyramid — over this his work. Let nothing happen evilly to him for ever.

O great Ennead which is in Heliopolis — Atum, Shu, Tefnut, Geb, Nut, Osiris, Isis, Set, Nephthys — and the children of Atum, gladden the heart of Atum your father with what he loves.

Hold the King by his hand to the Field of Offerings. Set him at peace at the head of the gods. Let his name be remembered in the mouths of the living. Let his name endure on the lips of those who come after.
