[Lines damaged.] The revelation that came to Melchizedek the high-priest, the priest of God Most High, concerning the things that were to come.
I am Melchizedek. The angel Gamaliel came down to me. He took me up, and I saw the Pleroma, the heaven of light. And I saw the great invisible Spirit; I saw Barbelo, the Mother of the All; I saw the holy Aeon.
And the angel said to me, Melchizedek, you are the high-priest of God Most High. The Christ shall come; he shall be born of a virgin. He shall walk in the world; the rulers shall pursue him; they shall hang him upon a tree. But he shall rise.
He shall be high priest forever, after my order — your order, Melchizedek. The order of priesthood that is yours is eternal, because you are the figure of him who is to come.
Now then, do not be deceived by those who say that the Christ shall not come in flesh, or that he was not crucified, or that he shall not rise. He shall come; he shall be crucified; he shall rise. And those who do not believe shall be held back from the holy generation.
[Lines damaged.] When the angel had spoken these things, he ascended. And I, Melchizedek, came down. And I gave thanks. And I made my offering.
