A retreat in the dry tropical forest of northwestern Costa Rica — for rest, presence, and the slow restoration of a self that has been running too long on the wrong fuel.
Seven structured days at the foot of the Rincón de la Vieja volcano, with the Pacific within a short drive. Mornings of meditation and gentle yoga. Afternoons in volcanic hot springs, on quiet beaches, in the dry forest with its howler monkeys and ancient ceiba trees. Evenings of light meals, breathwork, and unhurried conversation with whoever else has shown up. No phones in shared spaces. No agenda beyond the daily rhythm. No requirement to believe anything in particular.
The retreat is open to anyone — practiced meditators and complete beginners, members of the broader gnostic community we serve and people who have never heard of it, people in transition, people in burnout, people who simply need a week where nothing is asked of them except presence. The work is self-paced. The structure holds the container; what each guest does inside it is their own.
