/ For businesses

Hire a service network, not a freelancer.

The Economy of Light is a member-owned guild of recruiters, marketers, account managers, project managers, contractors, and operators. We staff your work from inside one accountable org — not a marketplace, not a contractor lottery.

/ What you get

One accountable team. One profit share. No middleman.

A staffed network

Six member-roles cover the full delivery surface: Recruiters bring the right people in, Marketers shape the offer, Account Managers own the relationship, Project Managers run the work, Contractors do it, Operators keep the network running.

Profit-sharing, not commissions

Every member earns a share of the revenue their work generates — not a flat hourly rate, not a commission skim. The incentives align the team with your outcome instead of with billable hours.

One contract, one POC

You sign one Master Services Agreement with the network. One Account Manager is your single point of contact. Behind them is a vetted, covenant-bound team that holds itself to standards we publish.

/ The roles you'll work with

Six functions, one organization.

  • / Recruiter
Brings the right members onto your engagement and into the network.
  • / Marketer
Sharpens the offer, shapes the narrative, runs the campaigns that find demand.
  • / Account Manager
Your single point of contact — owns the relationship and the deliverables.
  • / Project Manager
Runs the day-to-day execution: scopes, sprints, status, risk.
  • / Contractor
Does the actual building — design, engineering, content, operations.
  • / Operator
Keeps the network functioning: governance, finance, infrastructure, dispute resolution.

/ How a partnership starts

Three conversations and you're shipping.

  1. Discovery call (30 min, free)

You tell us the work. We tell you which roles we think it needs and roughly what it looks like staffed. No pitch deck, no obligation.

  2. Scoping & MSA

A proposed team, a Master Services Agreement, a profit-share rate, and a first sprint scope. Usually a day or two after the call.

  3. Kickoff

Your Account Manager runs kickoff with the named team. Sprint zero starts the same week. You get a single channel for status and a single channel for billing.
